How far in advance should I order?
All of our boxes are made to order, so we recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weekends and larger parties. We’ll always try to accommodate last-minute orders where we can.

Where do you deliver?
We offer local delivery across selected areas of County Down. Send us your postcode when ordering and we’ll confirm availability and the delivery charge.

Can I collect my order?
Yes, collection is available from Ballycrochan Park, Bangor at no extra cost.

Can I personalise my party boxes?
Absolutely! We love making your boxes feel extra special. Choose colours or a theme to suit your celebration — from pretty pink princesses to football fanatics and everything in between. 💕⚽

Can you cater for allergies or dietary requirements?
Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. As food is prepared in an environment where allergens are handled, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens. Full allergen information is available on request.

Can you make something bespoke?
Yes. We can create bespoke boxes for birthdays, baby showers, hen parties, corporate events, meetings, client gifts and other special occasions. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll work with you to create something special.
